Lance Atkins McKay is based in Escondido, California from where he has traveled to perform in talent competitions and select appearances throughout Southern California, New York to Nevada. His award winning style and talent caught the attention of talent development manager Fred Mendoza while Mendoza was a judge at a National Talent competition in Nevada. From that meeting he invited McKay to be a part of the New Year’s Eve Showcase Tribute in New York City.

McKay is a life long resident of California. He performs and competes throughout the region. In his travels and performing he often comments that “my Southern California home base is very important to me because that’s where my family, friends, and real home roots are and also I benefit from a major Country music radio market and supporters.
